Wedding Coordination: Our goal is to help you through all those wedding days by giving you advise, expertise, sharing our many years of experiences, both good and bad, and the resources to help you accomplish the wedding you've dreamed of. |
| You May Be Thinking: * I want everything to be perfect! * I want to have a quality time with my family and friends * If something goes wrong, what will I do? * I'm so disorganized and not a detail person * There are too many things to do that day and I will be busy getting married. * What if one of the vendors doesn't show up? * I have family members who don't get along, who will referee? * I want my family and friends to enjoy my wedding, not work. * I want to relax, have fun and not work on MY DAY ! We Will Handle: * We will help orchestrate the wedding ceremony and reception * We will act as etiquette advisors, counselor, referee, etc. * We will offer suggestions regarding cost effectiveness and creativity of the event * We will prepare a detailed itinerary for all suppliers * We will attend and assist at the rehearsal * We will ensure all vendors have met their obligations and correct any problems that occur * We will help the photographer round up people as needed for pictures * We will keep the groom from sneaking a peak at the bride * We will ensure the wedding starts on time * We will fluff the bride's train before she walks down the aisle * We will touch up the bride's make-up prior to pictures or after emotional outburst * We will help remove certain items from the ceremony site such as unity candle, flowers, guest book and pen, etc, and set them up at the reception as required. * We will organize the receiving line * We will make sure the D.J. / Band has list of bridal party and corral the bridal party for their grand entrance. * We will ensure the cake, toss bouquet, bridal portrait, toasting glasses, guest book and pen, etc. are in place. * We will ensure all festivities occur (toasting, cake cutting, first dance, bouquet/garter toss) * We will clear and package bridal portrait, toasting glasses, guest book, keepsakes, etc. * We will load all the above items and all gifts into a designated location * We will ensure every last detail is taken care of and help in any way possible to "TURN YOU MAGICAL MOMENT INTO A TIMELESS MEMORY!" |
